3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with Adore Her Hair, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item or items. Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to cancel, edit, or change the order because processing may begin quickly.

Adore Her Hair reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders with suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, payment issues, shipping concerns, or violations of our policies.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, or billing information provided at checkout.

You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected at checkout.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Billing

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Adore Her Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, vendor delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Adore Her Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Adore Her Hair is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control. Customers may need to contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns.

6. Returns, Store Credit, and Final Sale Items

Because wigs and hair products are personal-use items, we follow a strict return policy for sanitary and quality-control reasons.

Adore Her Hair does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return for store credit. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, free of product, odor, fragrance, smoke, makeup, or residue, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, lace, bands, labels, and packaging fully intact.

We do not accept wigs or hair products that have been worn, tried on for an extended period, brushed out, styled, washed, lace-cut, colored, bleached, plucked, sprayed, or altered in any way.

Sale items, discounted items, clearance items, custom orders, personalized orders, gift cards, and items returned without approval are not eligible for return or store credit.

All return requests must be submitted to AdoreHerHair@gmail.com before sending any item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be mailed to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error made by Adore Her Hair.

All returns are subject to inspection. If the item does not meet our return requirements, store credit will not be issued.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at AdoreHerHair@gmail.com.

Please include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the concern.

We will review the issue and determine the best resolution. Failure to contact us within the required timeframe may limit our ability to assist you.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, store credit will be issued. You may use your store credit to place a new order for the item you prefer.

Products purchased from Adore Her Hair are intended for personal use only unless otherwise approved in writing.

You may not purchase products from our website for unauthorized resale, export, or commercial distribution without our written consent.
