At Adore Her Hair, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. Because hair extensions and wigs are personal-use items, we follow a strict return policy to protect the health, safety, and satisfaction of every customer.
14-Day Return Window
Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible, the wig or hair product must be:

Unused

Unworn

Unwashed

Uncut
-
Unaltered in any way

Free of product, fragrance, smoke, odor, makeup, or residue

In its original packaging

With all lace, tags, bands, labels, and packaging fully intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any wig or hair product that has been worn, tried on for an extended period, brushed out, styled, washed, lace-cut, colored, bleached, plucked, sprayed, or altered in any way.
Store Credit Only
Adore Her Hair does not offer cash refunds.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only that can be used toward a future purchase.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or order changes after checkout unless there is an issue caused by our team.

Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know if your return is approved. Please do not send any items back without first receiving approval from our team.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to an error on our behalf.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Adore Her Hair is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at AdoreHerHair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit. You may use that store credit to place a new order for the item you prefer.
Final Review
All returns are subject to inspection. If the item does not meet our return requirements, the return will be denied and store credit will not be issued.
