Shipping Policy

At Adore Her Hair, we are committed to making sure your order is processed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order so you understand our processing times, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delivery time.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated shipping time is typically 3 to 10 business days after processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, Adore Her Hair is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, or tracking updates that may be delayed.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. This includes your apartment number, suite number, unit number, building number, street name, city, state, and ZIP code.

Adore Her Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at AdoreHerHair@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Adore Her Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We also recommend checking with neighbors, your leasing office, front desk, mailbox area, or household members before filing a claim.

Adore Her Hair is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Adore Her Hair due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or the customer’s failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the customer does not wish to have the package reshipped, the order may be eligible for store credit only, minus shipping costs and any carrier fees, at the discretion of Adore Her Hair.

Shipping Delays

Adore Her Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, high-volume shipping seasons, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside of our control.

We understand delays can be frustrating, and we will do our best to help provide tracking support when possible. However, once the package is with the carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order or special order, the processing and shipping timeframe may be longer than standard orders.

Any estimated pre-order timelines will be listed on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to vendor availability, production timing, or shipping delays.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability and processing time.

If your items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time, Adore Her Hair primarily ships within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees required by their country.

Adore Her Hair is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order cancellations, address changes, product changes, or shipping changes after checkout.
